How far in advance should I book my trip?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead, especially for travel between December and March when hotels fill up quickly. That said, we regularly arrange trips with as little as a week’s notice.
Can you customise an existing package?
Absolutely — every itinerary on this site is a starting point. Tell your destination expert what you’d like to add, remove or slow down, and they’ll send you a revised quote at no extra charge.

What is included in the price shown on a package?
Each package lists exactly what is included and excluded on its page — typically accommodation, a private vehicle and guide, and entrance fees are included, while flights and most meals are not.
How do I pay, and is a deposit required?
A 20% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Inside 30 days, cancellation terms depend on the hotels booked — your destination expert will confirm the exact policy at quote stage.
